Richard and Trudy (Langmas) Cargill recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. They were married upon Rich’s return from the Navy on the first day of spring, March 20, 1954, in the Congreagational Church in Pullman, WA.
They have been long-time Yakima, WA residents. They both enjoyed successful careers in Yakima – Richard a long time ag teacher at YVCC, and Trudy an RN at St. Elizabeth’s hospital. The Cargill family will celebrate wtih an Alaskan cruise this summer.

They have four daughters: Karen (John) Rasmussen, Laura (Dan) Wodrich, Nacy (Rick) Orozco and Jana (Tony) Kirschner. Rich and Trudy proudly have 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, who reside in WA state.
