
Curtis – 50 Years
Ray and Jean Curtis (Stratton) were married on April 4th, 1964 at Ridgeview Assembly of God in Spokane, WA. Ray is originally from Cleveland, OH and Jean from Lake Stevens, WA. They met when Ray was in the Air Force stationed at Spokane. Ray retired after 23 years and nine months from Westminster Presbyterian Church, where he worked as a Building Superintendent. Jean held some part-time jobs but was primarily a housewife, mother and caregiver. The couple has four children: Jack (Joi) Curtis, Debbie (Scott) Roberts, Cheryl (Vern) Mulford, and Annette Curtis (Jerrod Brash). They also have eight grandchildren: Allie, Amanda, Russell, Jesse, Nikki Sue, Caleb, Veronica and Blake. They have two great-granddaughters, Alicia and Eloise. Their children are planning an open house to celebrate, and all are welcome. It will take place on Saturday, April 12th, 2014 from 1pm to 4pm at Ahtanum Valley Assembly of God at 7803 Ahtanum Rd.
