Stuart-Whelan
Dave and Mary Eleanor Whelan of Yakima and Tim and Mary Stuart of West Richland are pleased to announce the marriage of their children, Paul W. Whelan and Tana E. Stuart. Their wedding was held Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 5 o’clock in the evening at Howard Amon Park overlooking the Columbia River in Richland, WA. The reception included dinner and dancing at the Hampton Inn in Richland.
The couple’s bridal party included maid of honor, Molly Knox, and best man, Alek Mead. Other attendants included Sarah Stuart, Cortnie Schram, Wil Goodpaster and Mark Maples. Vivianne Allen was the flower girl and the couple’s dog, Pilot, also made an appearance down the aisle. The grandparents of the groom are the late Raymond and Eleanor Raines of Bellevue, WA as well as David and Jane Whelan of Burlington, WA. The grandparents of the bride are Junior and Dorothy Booth of Redmond, OR and the late Merle and Al Stuart of Caldwell, ID.
Paul completed his Masters in Geography from Western Washington University and is a GIS analyst. Tana completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Western Washington University and is a business financial analyst. The couple is living and working in Seattle.
