Together with their families, Jeremy Kelley and Cynthia Carlton are happy to announce their engagement. Jeremy is the son of Kenan and Melody Tasci of Kettle Falls, WA and Kathy and Charles Douglas of Kansas City, Missouri. Cynthia is the daughter of Bernard and the late Susan Carlton of Moxee, WA. Jeremy is a 17 year veteran of the Army National Guard. Cynthia is a nurse in the emergency department at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital. A May 3, 2014 wedding will take place at the American Homestead in Naches, WA.
