Phil Apts & Linda Richter were married on December 15, 1973 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Yakima, Washington. They have spent their entire married life in Yakima. Phil is employed in the trucking business; Linda is employed at Union Gap School. They have raised two children, Carl Apts & Lori Davies.
