Bainter-Mercer
Greg and Maryanne Bainter of Selah, Wash. and the late Marilyn Bainter along with Donald Rome and Rachel Tapia of Yakima, Wash., are excited to finally announce the engagement of their children, Kate Bainter and J.R. Mercer.
The couple met while working at the Yakima Country Club in 2008. The future bride-to-be is a graduate of Central Washington University and is currently employed at the Union Gap School District as a third grade teacher.
The groom-to-be is a graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy and is currently a P.G.A. Professional at Suntides Golf Course.
The couple will be married on August 1st in Yakima.
