Merz-Bonaparte
Stephen and Sonya Merz of Union Gap, Washington are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Gabrielle Lynn Merz, to Ivan Christopher Bonaparte, son of Iranette Kelley and Thomas Wright all of Charleston, South Carolina. Gabrielle graduated from Squalicum High School in Bellingham, WA and Washington State University in Pullman, WA. She is a corporate assistant with WINGS for kids, a Charleston-based non-profit after school education program. Ivan graduated from Middleton High School in Charleston, SC and Francis Marion University in Florence, SC. He is employed with Robert Bosch in North Charleston as an automotive technology technician. The two met while Gabrielle was doing a college internship in Charleston. The couple currently live in Charleston and plan a summer 2015 wedding in the state of Washington followed by a European honeymoon in the fall.
