Molano-50 Years
Joe Molano and Rachel Diaz were married November 28, 1964, in St. Peter Claver Catholic Church in Wapato, Washington. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with numerous trips, the one to Boston and New York with sister of Joe, Irene and her husband, Randy Gomez. They then went to Las Vegas, also a cruise to Alaska, and five weeks in Minnesota visiting with daughter, Celeste.
The couple raised three children after Joe came back from Vietnam in Southeast Asia in 1967. They are blessed with ten grandchildren. Daughter Celeste and her husband, Bob, have five children: Gabriela, Margaret, Joey , Gracie and Katy. Their son Joe Jr. and his wife, Brenda, have four children: Shyiel, Kyla, Sydney, and Jacob. Daughter Felicia and her husband, Seth, have one child, Eva. Also Sydney has their only great grandchild, Dakota Elizabeth. They also have two adopted granddaughters, Kelsy and Mikaela.
